WPML – does not submit translation urls when first creating a translation

Currently IndexNow does not submit translation urls when first creating a translation (but only submits the English version).
It submit this url: https://udumbara.org/contact/
I want it submit this url: https://udumbara.org/de/contact/
But when re-entering the translation at ATE (Advanced Translation Editor from WPML) from the second time onwards and pressing “complete translation”, IndexNow will submit the url of the translation (https://udumbara.org/de/contact/).The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
