I guess I expected a plugin from ConstantContact to be bullet-proof.
If we temporarily disconnect it, we have to go through their whole process again to connect it again.

    Hi @randybh

We would love to have a support thread started so that we can attempt to get to the bottom of the issue(s) at hand.

When we disable the plugin for any reason (the last instance, it was interferring with our ability to transfer the elementor license to the new account) then it loses all it’s connection info and the owner is required to get the code and paste it in to connect again.
It should retain the info, it should not force us to start over on the connection. Waiting on a client who wants to keep their email to themselves, and then them waiting on us to publish the form again was a lot of time wasted.

If you have any more information on how/why the Elementor license part was being interferred with, we’d be all ears, as that shouldn’t be the case in any way.

Regarding the connection status part, we do have things coded where it will try to self-refresh without any further intervention, but if it fails enough times, for whatever reason, we do prompt the site owner to manually re-fresh for new tokens and start the overall connection part fresh. In events where API requests are failing, we do now store any signup attempts during that time and once working connection is restored, we process those cached signups.

Given that we’re in a review, I know it’s going to be a potential long stretch, but is the plugin still installed at least, curious if we could see any error logs that were generated that may have more information. We can also definitely take some of this to private correspondence.
