I am using SiteKit by google.

I can use only one email address to connect google marchant center in SiteKit.

But in your plugin, should I have to create another google marchant center account for each website?

There is a warning mark. How can I solve this problem?

I wont no longer use Google Ads in the future.
But I want to list my products on google products display page.

This warning is not good for product lising?

    Please tell me.
    What should I do next?

It shows only warning mark and I cannot see re-connect button or somethis like that.

    Hope your reply soon.

  • Hey there, @mrsmith11! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Do you mind clarifying things for us?

I see on the screenshot that there’s a warning about not having a Google Ads account linked.

You mentioned “each site”, do you mean you have more than one store you want to use Google Listings on?

Also, to confirm, as I understand you don’t want to run campaigns anymore, just to list the products, correct?

If you click on “read more about this issue” next to the warning, does it provide more details about it? If so, can you share the details with us?

Can you please try the following:

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

You mentioned “each site”, do you mean you have more than one store you want to use Google Listings on?

    Yes, I have two stores.
And one store is connected correctly.

But other store(this matter) shows the warning(Issue : No Google Ads account linked).

If you click on “read more about this issue” next to the warning, does it provide more details about it? If so, can you share the details with us?

After clicked “read more about this issue”, I can see the page below.

    https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/12471884

Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (change example.com with your URL)
Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack

    Thank you for telling.

But after tried this, all products which are listed now on google does not show on google anymore?

Probably I have 324 active products and 351 issue products(non listed products?).

If I try to disconnect merchant center, is it affected to 324 active products?

Is there any way to prevent 324 active product to fix this problem?

    Hope your reply soon.

    Hi @mrsmith11

But other store(this matter) shows the warning(Issue : No Google Ads account linked).

Are you using same merchant account for this site too?

should I have to create another google marchant center account for each website?

Google Listings & Ads currently doesn’t support multi-client accounts and we have this information in our documentation. We currently do not have an ETA for supporting multi-client accounts.

So, my adivse will be create seprate account for each site.

After clicked “read more about this issue”, I can see the page below.
    https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/12471884

The support documents suggest that perhaps you haven’t connected your Google Ads account or you don’t have the necessary permissions to link it to your current merchant account. Could you kindly double-check this for me? You might need to contact Google Merchant Support for additional help if everything seems in order.

If I try to disconnect merchant center, is it affected to 324 active products?

No worries, there won’t be any issue with your active product. This process will make a fresh connection between your site and MC.

Is there any way to prevent 324 active product to fix this problem?

Just wondering, do all these products currently show as active in the Merchant Center? Could you verify if all the products that have been added to the lists are displaying correctly?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
