    For example when i want to ban “m?bel” word in German, it’s not works.

    “?” “?” letters are using many language in the world.

    Hi @abulu,

    If you add “m?bel” in the Banned Words, then ask “Do you have any m?bel?” to the chatbot, it will be rejected. Accents work completely fine. Maybe the issue is different? What is the issue exactly?

    Thanks for reply. You are right sir, m?bel is works. It does not work if the non-English character is at the beginning or end of the banned word:

    Please thry with these examples: “?lig” or “turb?” it’s not works.

    When I tried it this way, a large number of almost non-English characters didn’t work. It’s a very interesting bug.
