tinymce link action button

hello

I want to call a function when something is inserted thru tinymce link button.

For example, if it’s inserted to call function modifyAnchorButtonAction(), and if the link is like : https://google.com?ask=yes, to change the link to https://google.com. This is just an example.

I have the function and I edited manually the file, for this action, which is located here : wp-includes\js\tinymce\themes\advanced\js\link.js

Is there a possibility to write a plugin to call a function when link button is pressed?
