    Hi Support team,
My website was fine. After updating the “Paid Membership Pro” plugin to the latest version(3.0.3), I am now facing( “This page isn’t working – redirected you too many times”) error and the website is not accessible. If I remove the plugin then the website is accessible.

To solve the problem, I have used the oldest version of your Paid Membership Pro plugin but it does not help. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

    My other plugins are:
    Elementor, Tutor LMS

My WordPress is updated to the latest version.

    Thank you!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with this.

Does this redirect occur on any page, even if the content isn’t protected?

Do you have any custom code running that redirects or protects additional parts of your site?

This isn’t standard behavior and not something I’ve been able to replicate so we’ll need to trouble shoot this one together.

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

The issue is fixed for now. In ssl setting of the paid membership pro plugin- I turned off the Force SSL option. so it is fixed.

I am not setting up a payment method yet. My question is- the ssl setting can create problem again if I set up the payment method on the Paid Membership Pro plugin?

    Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback. No this issue shouldn’t come up again after setting up a payment gateway – you can safely keep the ‘Force SSL’ setting off – this only needs to be enabled if you’re getting pages that aren’t all referring to HTTPS.
