    Hi,

    I’m experiencing duplicated orders in recurring subscriptions. However, the fee is only charged once as m customers can see in their bank and I can see it in Stripe.

    But invoices are showing duplicated in ther profiles and they are receiving twice the notification mail of charged fee.

    I’ve read that it might be the webhook. In stripe, in developers-> webhooks I have 2 generated webhooks. I suppose that I have to delete one webhook, but which of them? The URL is the same

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    Duplicate webhooks would definitely cause this. If the URL is the same, you can delete either one.

    Please ensure that the webhook URL that is left active still sends the events PMPro needs to process payments – more information on this can be found at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/setup/#webhook

    Thank you very much, I deleted one and confirmed?that the webhook URL that is left active still sends the events. I hope everithing works in the next payment.
