    Hi Guys,

After the last week updates (I am not sure which one), I lost the content of most tables of my size charts. I tried to create them from scratch, but they do not have any styling, even if they are well-styled in the plugin preview.

I emailed you at [email protected] 5 days ago but haven’t got any reply.

The charts that kept working are well styled as before but if only I duplicate them, or create a new chart, no styling is applied. So the old working chart and the duplicated chart with no changes are differently styled next to each other.

I did try to solve the issue myself. I deleted old corrupt charts and disabled any additional CSS, but none of these helped. I really need your urgent support on this case, as for a long time, everything worked just fine.

EDIT: Actually, custom CSS added in the plugin settings is applied to the unstyled charts. Just the regular styling of the pluing is not working at all for all new and reset charts.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We suppose that your email has not reached to our system. Could you provide the email title, we will try to look for it on our email system?

As you stated, the written Custom CSS is not active for the new size chart, so could you provide with us this custom CSS, we will help to check it.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I have just resent the email with the title: “Prduct Size Chart tables disappear after updating”

I meant that the none styling is applied for all new or reset charts. No matter what I set in the chart styling settings it is always displayed as with no styling at all.

Only the custom CSS works but if I remove it, it doest not change anything, so it it is not causing the styling issue.

    Best regards,

    Adam

    Hi guys,

I have again the same issue with some charts crashing after edit with the following errors:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wildaeco/domains/wilda.eco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/product-size-chart-for-woo/admin/design-new.php on line 337

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wildaeco/domains/wilda.eco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/product-size-chart-for-woo/admin/design-new.php on line  351

I have already emailed you at [email protected].

It is again the same problem I had in April, and frankly speaking I am afraid of editing the charts and our site goes live next week, so I hope for a permanent solution this time.

    Best regards,

    Adam
