    Trying to give a refund but the field is all grayed out. It’s always worked before but doesn’t now.

    I saw someone else was having this problem but updating and clearing the cache helped them… that didn’t help me. I tried from multiple browsers and have cleared the cache.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

    This field being grey and not be able to fill it is actually working as expected.

    You should put the amount to be refunded on the products and the total amount will show on this field.

    Here’s a screenshot:

    As you can see on the first example I opted to refund the full amount for the Album. On the second example I refunded the full Album, but only part of the price for the Beanie.

    On the refund amount field it shows the total that will be refunded.
