Website Crash Due to Noptin Plugin Issue

Hello,

My website has crashed again. The error messages are provided below. Additionally, SiteGround support has determined that the cause of this error is the Noptin plugin (please refer to SiteGround's explanation below). Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Error Message: "500 - Internal Server Error
