Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

I believe this is not related to this plugin. To make it sure, please deactivate this plugin, then check, if the issue persists, then this plugin is not the culprit.

Further, to check if there’s a plugin causes this issue, you can deactivate all plugins installed on your site. If the issue gets solved, that means there’s a plugin causes it. To find which one, you can simply re-ativate the plugin one by one while keep monitoring the issue. Once you notice the issue comes back, the plugin you just re-activate is the culprit.

If there’s no plugin causes the issue, the next thing you can do is by switching the theme to default WordPress theme. You know, the one with Twenty as the first name. If you find the issue gets fixed on a default theme, you can say the theme you are using is the culprit.

This is a basic troubleshooting that helps all the time for many WordPress users, and hope will do the same for you too. If it doesn’t, you might want to look for help on this forum.

Anyway, since this is not related to this plugin, I am marking this thread as Resolved.
