Max Characters not working

    I have set up the reviews slider on my website, but the max characters parameter is not working. The shortcode I have set is:

    [cusrev_reviews_slider count=”5″ slides_to_show=”3″ show_products=”true” product_links=”true” sort_by=”date” sort=”DESC” categories=”” product_tags=”” products=”current” color_brdr=”#ebebeb” color_bcrd=”#ffffff” color_pr_bcrd=”#f4f4f4″ color_stars=”#FFBF36″ shop_reviews=”false” count_shop_reviews=”1″ inactive_products=”false” autoplay=”false” avatars=“false” max_chars=“250” min_chars=”0″ show_dots=”true”]

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    I see you are using curly double-quotes, which isn’t correct: max_chars=“250”
    Please change it to the straight double-quotes: max_chars=”25″
    and recheck the issue. Read more about quotes in this article https://practicaltypography.com/straight-and-curly-quotes.html
