    Hello
First of all thank you for this great Plugin

I have a problem the prices changes which efficting the prices on FB catalogue and google merchant feeds.

    Image 1: Correct Prices

    Image 2: Not Correct Prices

The correct value is “260 AED” but for some reason the value after auto-update changes to “70.80”

    this happens to all products,

    260 / 3.67 = 70.80

3.67 is the exchange rate AED to USD

Is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

(What I’m doing is I keep making minor edits and undo them until the prices become correct again)

  • Hello Ghafa,

    Thanks for reaching us,

It seems like you are experiencing an issue with the price fluctuating during auto updates.

Can you please inform us which multi-currency plugin you are currently using for currency conversion? We would like to clarify that the currency-switching feature is not included in the free version of CTX Feed. If you wish to create feeds with multiple currencies, you will need to manually choose the currency. Additionally, it is possible that the price changes on auto-update are caused by geolocation settings within the WooCommerce > Settings. Please set it to shop country/region; hopefully, your issue has been resolved.
