360 is too big, but why?

    I have installed this plugin for my WP site and had tried creating a test tour – it states the panorama is too big for your device?

    I reduced to the wide down as much as 3000 pix but still the same message?

    Any ideas what the issue?

    for your reference – my 360 images were created using a DJI MINI 4 pro
