    When trying to get the license, it says “the details sent”The data we received from your Wordfence plugin installation is invalid”

    Hi @pzh20, sorry to see you’re having trouble registering.

    In the past, this error would come up when the site is identifying itself as a domain like “new.example.com”, but the admin URLs for the site are only “example.com”. I believe differing URLs are now allowed, but you could double-check this just in case.

    If not, have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the following page?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key

    I only ask to ensure the common problems have been tried first. You should still have access to the Wordfence > Tools menu to send us a diagnostic report if the link above hasn’t helped, so we can take a closer look at possible configuration problems. You can send that to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
