import tax to Brazil

Our team has discussed the possibility of adding tax to the price of the imported product, I’m afraid it’s not possible for now. The AliExpress API doesn’t include tax info and for extension, which we rely on for product import, it only imports what you see on the product page.

While I acknowledge the challenges associated with tax calculation, I’m afraid we do not have a workaround at the moment. But we’ll keep an eye on this and will do more research to update our plugin in the future if possible.

the information of taxes is in the screen, its the first element “vat-installment–item–XEHEcM1”, would be ok for the extension to import.

I understand that. However, I’m afraid it’s still not possible. Because:

– The taxes on the AliExpress product page and cart page are not the final tax fee, it’s just an approximate value to estimate. It depends a lot on the customer’s billing info (this only shows the correct one on the AliExpress checkout page)

– The AliExpress info returned via API doesn’t have tax info at the moment.
