Unfortunately I can’t be too much help considering I just spent a considerable amount of time trying to get this to work on my WordPress website, and finally gave up. The index.html file that they provide isn’t actually a test page. It pulls in everything in a static page and does not reference the javascript from your theme’s header. The files are working, but there seems to be a conflict when using it in a theme. It could easily be another plugin’s javascript that is not allowing the bumpbox to work.

My bumpbox works fine on a regular html page BUT when I put the same code into my wordpress template it just downloads the FLV…

    what a pain…

    any ideas?

I had the same problem, it was running smoothly and suddenly just stops working.

I looked around and then I tried deactivating WP Super Cache plugin. Now it works fine again.

Maybe try that, it might work. If not, deactivate each plugin 1 by 1 while refreshing your site to see which plugin is conflicting with Bumpbox.

Would really like to get the bumpbox to work but having no luck. Has anyone figured out how to implement this?
The instructions are for adding the string of code to an html page not within a wordpress .php site.
