I’m using Polylang and I noticed strange behavior in both “ivole_email_subject_coupon” and
    “ivole_email_heading_coupon” translations.

These 2 strings are mysteriously translated into the language in which the browser is set and not in the language in which the order was placed on my website, while “ivole_email_body_coupon” instead, is correctly translated in the language in which the order was placed.

I did a test by simulating an order in German language and changing the browser language to French.
In the email I received, ivole_email_subject_coupon and ivole_email_heading_coupon were French, while ivole_email_body_coupon was German.

    How can I fix? Thanks
