    Good day, we are having a lot of issues, where splitted orders sends out duplicate emails but the parent orders is fine. We also have an issue where some orders does not split at all.

    Usually we face this issue when our emails are in different language or different template format. Because the plugin search for the ORDER ID# from the email subject or the email body, if an email sent once, it will mark it sent and it will not send the email again, if you are experiencing the duplicate emails, then email body or subject format has some differences than the default ones.
