    Hi Support Team,

    We notice that on our products page, the tab for Facebook is not showing anymore and when we try to reconnect to our account we manage to do the login but in the end it redirect us to a blank page with a “-1” in the left corner.

    Plugin is on its latest version

    here is the screenshot of the page

    We have opened a ticket with the plugin developers, number is #8015240, 2 days ago and so far no response.

    Do you know why this is happening?
