Missing option(s) in commercial plan

    Hello and thanks for your work.

    With a new update Jetpack offers a commercial plan, otherwise it stops working.

    I have admin rights and can install plugins. I did with Jetpack. But I am not responsible or have complete ownership of the website.

    This option is missing. Jetpack analysed: You have adsense on your website. And because I connected Jetpack with my wordpress account, it makes me the person with ownership. But I am not. There’s an option missing to tell jetpack this. If it can analyse the website to check if there’s adsense, Jetack’s check should be able to compare imprint and the person connected.

    I don’t get the money from the ads, it’s someone else. Asking me if it is personal or commercial is wrong. For me it’s personal, because I didn’t setup the website, nor the adsense things etc.

    @gaurav984 – It’s not my site. I only installed the plugin as a private person and it runs through my wordpress account.

    I don’t want a connection between my email, the site and my postings here. So, if I contact you directly I won’t link to this.

    We’ll hopefully be able to get a better understanding of the situation via the support form above. It sounds like maybe there needs to be a transfer of ownership of the site? But we will look into it more once we have details of the site and accounts associated with it.

    @happyaxident No, we don’t need a transfer of ownership. I told what I think we need. It’s called differentiation. Only because a site has ads, it doesn’t mean it is commercial. Commercial for me means enough profit to make the site run. The site owner e.g. has another site, this one is commercial and helps running the site I am speaking about. The only thing the plugin cares is: you have ads or not. That’s a huge problem. And also not worth the money (the statistics).
