    Hi karolinanowicka

In that case, please send us a screenshot of your automation configuration. It should include all information: what event you use if you have any filters set up, and most importantly, the whole action settings.

    This would help us investigate.

However, there is one more thing that you should check before that. Does your CRON work? CRON is required for ShopMagic to work, because all emails are queued before sending. Please refer to this article:?Scheduling actions.

Please go to menu: Tools → Scheduled actions (https://wpdesk.me/ms/20r1kvn.png) and try to look for ShopMagic actions like this: https://wpdesk.me/ms/20nbo6q.png

If you see Pending ShopMagic actions with past dates, it could mean that your CRON is not working and you should fix this first.

I don’t have a “scheduled actions” item in the tool menu

    Hi karolinanowicka

It should be. Could you install one of the Cron management plugins, in that case? You can find examples of plugins in the first better article on WordPress Cron.

Could you send screenshots of the automation, as I asked you to do in a previous message?

crone is disabled by the hosting provider

    Hi karolinanowicka?

    Thank you for the update.

It should be enabled. Cron is a task management system on a server. It’s a function by which WordPress handles scheduled tasks. It controls such basic functionalities as checking for updates periodically, publishing scheduled posts, or automatically cancelling orders in WooCommerce after a certain time.

The plugin won’t send messages correctly until CRON is deactivated..

The hosting provider needs the URL address that this cron should execute.

    Where can I find it?

    Hi karolinanowicka?

It should be your domain address. URL where your store operates.

    (@karolinanowicka)

    This is not the address.

I am pasting the message from the hosting:

Please provide the exact address you want to enter into cron. Each module or software creator provides this information somewhere in the configuration/manual – url

    Ok

    Basically, <site_url>/wp-cron.php

Here you will find guide into this.

Further instructions from your hosting provider:
The cron tool must be found to access the file, e.g. download the content of the XML file, delete something, etc. At this point, corn would be launched from https://wiaraczyporod.pl/sklep/, this would be the entrance to the store, and this is probably that’s not the point.

    Hi karolinanowicka?

I apologize, I don’t understand your last message. Could you clarify it?
