Min & Ma

In the first field, a user can select a minimum price, and in the field below it, a user can write a minimum price. Why is this?

I also have the impression that the first row with Min & Max price does not work. For example, when I specify a maximum price of €150k, properties appear with a higher price. But if I write in the 2nd row the price of €150k in the field it works.

I don’t quite understand why minimum price and maximum price have to be chosen twice, this is contradictory, isn’t it? See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Sn0jyWa-DY87
