Hi,

I would like to request the ability to schedule the activation and deactivation of specific payment methods.

I would like to be able to select a payment method and set it to be automatically activated/deactivated at a specific date and time (e.g., disable PayPal tomorrow at 8 PM).

This functionality would help us better manage my available payment options and ensure customers have the right payment methods enabled at the right times, especially for seasonal promotions or special events.

ok consider your suggestion and get it in future update, right now you can disable payment option based on day of the week

will implement a start and end date option for the disable payment method rules so you can define from when to when this rule will be active

It’s great to have an option to schedule a disable option. But please also include an option to enable as well. I mean, to have the ability to enable or disable a payment method by setting day and time.

It will be having a start date and time and end date and time option so the rule will only be active within the specified date and time range only outside this range it will be disabled

im not sure I’m following you, but the idea I try to explain in this thread, is to have the option to enable a payment method by schedule, and also to have an option to disable a payment method by schedule. I’m not sure you are following me.

its ok you want to allow a start date and an end date. That could be optional, but the idea here is to have the ability to enable and disable payment options by setting a day and a time.

do you get my meaning?

E.g: start date : 22nd Apr and end date: 20 April

so the payment method will be disabled between this 2 date range and then it will be available outside this date range

so when it will be available ? at 8:01 pm it will become available ?

our plugin only remove the payment option when the set rules are satisfied so when the rules are not satisfied the payments method is made available in your case you have only describe to disable it at tomorrow 8pm but as soon as time goes past 8pm it will be come available

so describe your requirement in detail with more examples that will make it clear

no need end date and start date. Just need an option to enable or disable payment method based on schedule . That’s it.

You can only set date and time when you want to remove the payment method so outside that date and time range it will be available by default

as plugin only remove the payment method when the rules are matched and if rules are not matched then the payment method is available

say you set a rule to hide paypal if order total is below 200 so paypal will be hidden for that customer till his subtotal is below 200 once it goes above 200 it will be available by default are plugin will stop removing it

so you can only specific the condition when you want to remove the payment method if removing condition is not satisfied then the payment method will be available on its own

so you can only specify date and time range, or list of date when you want the payment method to be disabled and if those date matches then it will be disabled on those dates and if those condition do not match then it will be available
