Backup failure

  • I tried to backup my WordPress site using BackupGuard, but the backup was not successful, returning an error like below: SGExceptionIO: BackupGuard uses 64-bit integers, but it looks like we’re running on a version of PHP that doesn’t support 64-bit integers (PHP_INT_MAX=2147483647) [File: /var/www/ssldocs/wp-content/plugins/backup/com/core/SGBoot.php, Line: 279, URL: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php]

    Can you tell me how to fix it?

    Hello pandalinjingjing,

    Just to clarify, BackupGuard has been rebranded as JetBackup for WordPress, and we no longer provide updates for any legacy BackupGuard versions. If you can, please provide the PHP version and the version of the plugin that you are using.

    Additionally, we do have a free version of JetBackup for WordPress available, so we encourage you to give it a try.
