Very efficient, phantastic support

First of all I like that this tool works without the necessity of visiting any Meta developer pages, it even works with personal insta pages. The process of seletion, design, filter and moderation is very clear and flexible.
We had a very difficult problem with hashtag filtering and the support team was outstanding in their effort to resolve this (it was resolved eventually).
So all in all extremely happy.
