    Hi, Sucuri is not working on our site, not scanning and shows this error. What should we do?

    @johannashiri It looks like something is blocking our Sitecheck from accessing your site.

    Can you check to see if you have another application or something with some aggressive rule filtering out bots or traffic that might be causing this.

    We have wordfence and cloudflare.

    We have whitelisted the sucuri IPs in cloudflare.

    what else could it be?

    Our wordfence rules have not been changed for a very long time (around 2 years or so) and they ran together (sucuri and Wordfence) with no issues until lately, so it seems that Wordfence is not the issue.

    Do you have any ideas what more specifically can block in Cloudflare?

    Most likely its the ip that is being blocked. I can’t list the ip’s here but if you email us at info@sucuri[.]net we would be happy to share the IP addresses with you so you can allow list them.

    Hi, same problem in our site. Can you provide the IP addresses to white list them on the Wordfence pluign, please?

    Having this issue for PDF links:

    Error Details:

    • Error Code:?HTTP 502
    • Error Message: Backend or gateway connection timeout.
    • Server ID:?18012

    Happened about 6 months ago and then started working again with no issues, now getting the same error from before. From what I believe the Sucuri plug-in was disabled and I do not recall ever installing the plug-in to start with. Is there a way this can be resolved.
