    Good morning,
I have a problem with duplicated events. My GA4 is reporting ridicolous values for “add to cart” and views values. I noticed that it’s triggering multiplied events for “views”. In GA I see ~ 1000 visitors last 30 minutes when it’s probably 10-20 times less.
Also it’s triggering “purchase” event? I was wondering why it’s triggering if I only visit main page, product cart etc.
Both cases appears under GA4 tag and Ads tag.

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gemour,

I understand that you’re experiencing some duplicate events in the reports. Let’s get this sorted out.

The Pixel Manager has the Order Duplication Prevention feature. It implements both browser-based duplication prevention and advanced server-based duplication prevention to prevent duplicate conversions. The server-based duplication prevention stores events in the WooCommerce order database to ensure that conversions are not fired multiple times, even if the purchase confirmation is reopened on different devices.

With this, it looks like you have third-party code on your website.

Kindly send the?debug information?in?WooCommerce > Pixel Manager > Support?to our support form so we can check. See: https://sweetcode.com/support/

    Hi @gemour,

This is a follow up to my previous response.

The?view_item_list?event fires each time an item scrolls into view for each item, which is correct.

Kindly check about it?here?and?here for more information.

Add-to-cart events are not duplicated. If they are, they are likely coming from a third-party script.?

Kindly post your site’s URL so we can check.

    Hey Leeberty,
Thanks for quick response. Regarding the duplicated events, I have also GTM running(but GA4 and ADS are turned off). I have only begin checkout payment details and delivery details events sent from GTm because Pixel Manager doesn’t give me this information.
I can’t imagine what else can produce additional traffic in GA4 … especially when we haven;t changed anything on webiste on 15.02.024(when it started).
