Anyway to rename the offloaded images?

If your offloaded media filenames aren’t synced by another process, the plugin won’t be able to handle it automatically for you. However, if you have technical knowledge, you can use filters like mfrh_new_filename to capture when a media is renamed and execute your own code to rename images accordingly on your offload platform.
