Form Submission Not Working

  • Hi,

    I’m having an issue with form submission on my live site. When the form is completed and submitted I get an error saying ‘One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.’ despite all fields being completed.

    The exact same form works without any issues on the beta site (https://www.beta.swiftmarketingsolutions.co.uk)

    Can anybody suggest what I could do to resolve.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Hi,

    Please see below the other plugins that are running on the site. They are the same as the ones on the staging site, yet the contact form on the staging site is still functioning correctly.
