Losing Blog

For some reason I keep on losing my blog. It was installed with Fantastico. I go through all of the steps, change the theme, add plugins and posts etc. I go back the next day and the entire blog is gone. Additionally my username and password (which I know are correct) do not work. What’s going on. HELP!
