How to add keywords for every page ?

Hello, I’m using Arthemia theme here: https://www.highgadget.com.
My problem is I want it to consider the tags in every post like a keyword. I will just give a random example, here:
https://brosome.com/raica-oliveira-busts-out-her-bodacious-curves-once-again/
Click view page source, find “keywords”. He has the tags as keywords.
How to do that ?
