Adding historical information to an Entry

    Hello, I wonder if it’s possible to add historical information to a specific Entry by a user from the frontend. And display this information into the Biographical Info box.

    For Example:

    1. Shows an Individual Entry when the registration was done.
    2. Shows when the Individual Entry made an appointment
      and so on.
