Hello, I’m writing to you because for several days now we haven’t had any data transmitted correctly from our site for our ads. It’s very problematic and if I deactivate your plugin it works again. With Pixel Helper, the pixel is not detected… Could you please help us? We haven’t touched the plugin and haven’t made any changes apart from updates.

    Thanks in advance.

    Damien

    Greetings from CookieYes!

Please confirm that you are on the revamped version of our plugin. Refer to this thread to learn more about the revamped UI and the steps to migrate from legacy to revamped.

Also, if you are using the PixelYourSite plugin, please make sure that you have disabled the consent integration for CookieYes.

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer. Why should I disable this option when it’s available for your plugin? I don’t understand, please explain ??

    Hi @designp,

This integration is only for our legacy version users.

But is Pixelyoursite compatibility ok with the new version? Should I disable this feature on pixelyoursite now that I have the new version?

    Thank you !

    Hi @designp,

You may disable the integration in the PixelYourSite Plugin while using the revamped version.
PixelYourSite cookies will be blocked before consent if it is detected in the scan. Otherwise, you should manually add them to the Cookie List.
