Won’t download new reviews

    At first glance this plugin is great, and has a lot of options and offers good flexibility. However, after the initial download of reviews, it will not update my reviews anymore. It says it downloaded new reviews successfully, but they do not appear in the list.

    Contacted support, who replied within a day or two with some suggestions that didn’t work. Said they would talk to their engineering team about a fix. That was about 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened.
