    Good morning,

we are using your plugin with this system: to read the content of the article you must be logged in

At the beginning it worked correctly, but in the last few days our clients tell us that even if the password is correct and the pop up disappears they can’t see the article. It’s as if they hadn’t logged in.

At our expense we then discovered that by reloading the page the article can be seen. But it can’t be like this because the average user doesn’t even think about reloading the page.

We would need that once you enter the password, the popup disappears and you see the article as it happened at the beginning. Has anyone else had the same problem as us?

    Kindly Regards
    Linda

    Hello,

When you enter email/password and hit login.
    1) Do you see the login successful message and redirect or reload happens? If no, then probably some other plugin on your site is interfering, please deactivate other plugins to further debug.
    2) If yes and you still don’t see the logged in content, then its a caching issue and the web page you see is the cached version.
Please make sure “Success endpoint” is enabled from the plugin settings.
If it is already enabled, then you need to check your cache plugin settings and look for “disable cache for logged in users” something like that.
