How to make automatic achievement earning?

There are two types of events related to points:

Reach to balance: Takes into account the user’s total point balance. When you reach the amount that has been configured in the event you would earn the achievement.

Earn an amount of points: This event does not take into account your total balance, only the points you earn since the event was set up. I mean, if the user has a total balance of 1000 points and you now configure an event “Earn an amount of points” where you indicate that the user has to earn 100 points. The 1000 balance points will not be taken into account. The user must earn 100 points to obtain the achievement.

How to setup the first one? I think to setup the second one by using the “Minimum Points Required” option when making the achievement.

The problem I have is when I set the minimum points required for an achievement to 10 for example, and I then bulk award the user by points more or equal to this achievement he doesn’t get the achievement.

Please, open a support ticket here: https://gamipress.com/contact-us/ and add screenshots with the event you are using, it is possible that there is something wrongly configured and that is why you are not getting the earning.

You can find the “Reach a points balance” event when you configure a Point Award, Step or Requirement where you can also add the condition: greater, equal, etc… This way the user’s total point balance will be taken into account to award the earnings.
