Buddypress Emails (Disable Header / Footer)

    Hello we are using your wonderful plugin and we have used the settings available to de-select template, overwrite sender, hide header, and hide footer. We have also tried variations of all this.

    However, all of the buddypress specific emails are sent out with an extra header and footer. How do I just use either your header/footer or the one buddypress uses.

    You plugin is beautiful for the memberpress emails.

    Hello @gayatriom,

    the way it’s supposed to work is either activate template and disable footer and header. Or deactivate the template.

    There could be several reasons for this issue. Without more details I will not be able to identify the problem.

    However, you can always use this filter to deactivate templates for specific emails, if you need a fast solution.

    If you need further help let me know please. In that case I will need more information.
