Reducing width of search box

  • Hello Support:

    I would like to reduce the width of the search box to make it more narrow – particularly in a sticky footer I use for mobile. I have not been able to do this through the layout options in settings.

    When I try css I lose the magnifier button.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi,

    If these options don’t work, that could indicate a styling conflict of some sort. Can you please add a link where I can check the issue? I will debug the styling to see what exactly is going on.

    Thank you Ernest. The layout options you referenced in your answer do not work for me. The site is currently private; is there a private communication channel so that I may give you credentials?
