Can’t Remove Call for CSS File

    I have uninstalled the plugin and deleted it, but I still have 

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" >

    on every page which causes the following error in console:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    I can not find where the plugin has added the call for this file, I have checked the header, footer, functions.php, and just can’t locate where it is putting the call for this css file even with the plugin deleted. Any ideas?
