Permenently Delete All Google Merchant Sub-Accounts

OLD SCENARIO:
Let me explain the whole scenario with you.

My US store was synced with Google listing Ads plugin and on that account I turn it into GMC Multi-Store. I then manually add UK store to GMC multi-store setup and claim my .co.uk domain first.

Then I install and try to setup Google Listing Ads on my UK store, during setup it was only allowing to create a new GMC account after I created new one then it was asking me to reclaim the domain on that newly created account but I want this domain to be stay in multi-store in order to follow the Google’s guidelines.

So it all become a mess, I permanently delete my GMC account from GMC settings which has multi-store set up, in the Multi-store I had US store synced with plugin but UK store isn’t.

Now, I left with the two useless GMC accounts created by Plugin.

AFTER YOUR RESPONSE:
I go to Plugin settings after your response to connecting existing account. It is detecting the account previously created by the plugin, see: https://imgur.com/vewDA5r, but this type of account is not useful for me since it can’t be converted into multi-store because when I go to GMC settings of that account to convert it, it isn’t allowing me to do so. I couldn’t find any option to directly create an account through GMC to convert it into multi-store. I think the account created through GMC will not be detected by Plugin as well.

If you created your account through the plugin, you will have to?get in touch with us?to delete it for you. We will need the Google Merchant Center account ID of the account you would like us to delete – you can find it on the account dashboard.

I have told by @doublezed2 to provide more details regarding my scenario, so do I.

But you just sending me a generic response without reading that I am already doing these steps since last 7 days and I have reached Woo Support 2 times but they are not replying.

My case is a bit unique because it is Multi-store setup. Please read my above detailed response and provide answers.

Does this plugin support multisite ? where retailers sell products from one brand internationally, on one or multiple domains? Because I see no option on the plugin to connect it with the existing multisite setup.

Unfortunately, network activation for the extension is not supported. It supports only individual activation on a multisite; each site is treated completely independently (as if it would be a different site).

I install the plugin on my .com site of my brand (For USA Audience) and when I click on settings, the page shows loading loop and nothing appears.

Solution I tried for loading loop:
I tried removing WooCommerce from my Google account third-party apps and click on settings page again, this time it asks for the sync with Google, after connecting with Google it again stuck on loading (same problem).

The “Google Account” I tried connecting with the plugin on .com site is already connected to my .co.uk site of my brand (For UK Audience) and its products synced to Merchant Center which has Multi-Store activated.

In the screenshot, you can see that one account is already added and if I wanted to add another Top-Level Domain ( in my case .co.uk) of the same brand, I have to do it manually. See Screenshot: https://imgur.com/TZESk6q.

I wanted my .com site to be synced with that Google Merchant Multi-Store account automatically using plugin so I don’t have to add the products of my .com site manually.

In short, I need two solutions:
1. Stuck on loading issue.
2. Connect my US store to already created Merchant Center Multi-Site (where UK site of the same brand is already connected, so I don’t have to add products manually)

As I understand, you are referring to a multi-client account (MCA) is an advanced Merchant Center account that can submit multiple data feeds for multiple domains, each may have a distinct store name and URL.

Solution I tried for loading loop:
I tried removing WooCommerce from my Google account third-party apps and click on settings page again, this time it asks for the sync with Google, after connecting with Google it again stuck on loading (same problem).

Since my previous (.co.uk) site was also connected to the same “Google Account” and it was working perfectly fine but upon removing WooCommerce from Google Account settings, removed it from both .com and .co.uk site.
Now, when I go to plugin settings of .co.uk site, it shows this screen: https://imgur.com/1RhC1ZA, The plugin lost access from this site as well.

1. So, short answer to all this is that this plugin does not support connecting multi-store or two sperate store under same Google Account. Right?

2. So the solution I left with now is I will create two Google account and have them connected with both .com & .co.uk sites separately, with separate merchant accounts. Right?

3. Now the IMPORTANT question is: Since both .co.uk and .com are created to separate UK and USA audience of the SAME BRAND, Will Google penalize my store for it coz this way both stores will be considered as two different sites but will be having same products and content. ?

Please disclose this case with the final technical answer to these 3 queries.

Yes, that’s whats describe in our documentation here.

Yes, you’re correct. You need to create two separate Google merchant accounts and connect them with your .com and .co.uk sites, each with its own individual merchant account.

Now the IMPORTANT question is: Since both .co.uk and .com are created to separate UK and USA audience of the SAME BRAND, Will Google penalize my store for it coz this way both stores will be considered as two different sites but will be having same products and content. ?

Google will not penalize your stores for having the same products and content. However, it’s recommended to use hreflang tags and geographical. You can also contact Google for further clarification.

You can follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your account properly:

• Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
• Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
• Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
• Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.
