You already have voted problem

My polls haven’t been working for some time because no one can vote. It shows people that they have already voted in the poll even though they have not voted. Only I (admin) voted and then the survey seems to be blocked. As if everyone had the same cookies? Please provide some contact details as I don’t want to post my website here.
