    Hi there,

I downloaded your WP plugin and created an account on your website. But the plugin and functionallaty is completely different than in all tutorials. The Web-Interface and plugin looks and works different.

    Have you updated the workflow?

    Best, Max

    Hi @maxidavis,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

If you are on the legacy version of our plugin, please migrate it to the revamped one after referring to this documentation.

    Hi,

thanks for your quick response. Yes, I have just downloaded the plugin. So I still have the legacy version? Is there only the old version in the WordPress plugin directory? Why isn’t the current version directly available there? I will update then. Thank you very much ??

    Hi @maxidavis,

The users who have already used the legacy version before the release of the revamped one will still get the legacy UI while installing the latest version of the plugin. They should follow the steps to migrate (to keep the settings in legacy) or “Reset settings” (clear all the settings in legacy) from the Advanced tab of the legacy plugin to view the revamped UI.

    Hi @cookieyesteam,

okay, strange. I never used the plugin. It was a fresh install and I got the legacy version.

    Hi @maxidavis,

It will show legacy only if you have installed it at least once. It’s more than a year since we have released the revamped UI. Our plugin name also has changed now.

Yeah, strange. Like I said, it was a fresh install. But with your update documentation it worked. You can close this thread.
