Hi there, I’m really liking the plugin and hoping that you can advise how to achieve what I need with it.

I have a conference that is 4 days long. The options that I can see (Columns/categories/tags/timeslots etc) allow me to create the perfect timetable for one of the days of the conference, however I need to be able to do all of that for a separate timetable for each day.

What might be the best way to achieve this? I thought about having an extra taxonomy for “Day”, but how would I make changes to make a shortcode that limits the timetable to events only in that taxonomy?

If there is another way to have multiple timetables, I am open to ideas!

    Thanks

    Hello there!

Sorry for the delayed response. But thank you for your feedback!

First of all, I would like to inform you that our Timetable plugin allows you to create different columns like “Simple Columns” and “Date” columns, so you’re not stuck to “Day” columns only. You can also choose to display specific events on separate tables on your website. If your conference is scheduled for specific dates or if you want to display it separately from other events, you can achieve this by adding a separate table with 4 custom columns to showcase your event. Or if there’s something else you’d like to complete, please provide some details and examples of how you’d like to set things on your website, as the picture is not very clear now. Thanks!

Hi there, thanks for your response. I use the columns for different rooms at the conference. I need a way of showing a different table with all 30 columns for each day(with different events, in different rooms (columns), at different times, on different days- ie each day is different).

I am using categories for the different subject matters at the conference, and tags for the different speakers.

Hopefully that gives you a better idea of what I’m trying to achieve.

    Hello there!

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner regarding your query.

However, based on your description, it seems that our Timetable plugin may not be suitable for your needs, unfortunately.

Currently, we do not have any guides or instructions that would be helpful in this particular case, I’m afraid.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
