How to tilt text

Hi All,

I wanted to be able to edit my phrase “San Diego Notary Guy!” to “The San Diego Mobile Notary Guy” on my first main page with “The” text tilted above left of the word “San.” I have Septura v.1.1.5.1 built with Block Editor and Elementor plug ins. However, when I try this, it deletes everything between the header and footer on the first page. Wish it was easier to do. Anybody have any ideas to tilt this easily.
