When testing to calculate shipping, it returned “Free shipping”, even with the minimum value configured.

When changing PHP to 7.4 the error disappears and the calculation is done normally.

This error only happens with variable product.

    Hey, @donatelol!

Thank you for sharing the report and for the video.

On the report I see you are using the theme Kava Child.

Can you please switch to a default theme such as Storefront to check if the issue persists?

Please let us know how it goes.

    Error still persists.

    Hey! Thanks for trying!

When you added the free shipping minimum value, did you added it with the comma (ex: 200,00 instead of 200). If so can you try to add like this (200), without the comma, save it and check if the issue persists?

Please let us know how it goes.

Also, can you please share a screenshot of WooCommerce > Settings > Currency options so we can take a look?

    Looking forward to your reply.

When using 200 – Works fine
However, I noticed that when going back to the “Free Shipping” settings it adds 200.00 – and it continues to work.

When using 200.90 – Works well

    Hey, @donatelol!

    Thank you for the information!

Adding 200 and the system automatically switching to 200.00 is expected.

But as I understand, when you added just 200 the issue was solved, correct? Or does it still happen?

    Looking forward to your reply.

When using “,” – does not work (200,00)
When using “.”- Works normally (200.00)

Thank you for confirming that entering the value with a period or without decimals does work for you. We’ll pass this information on to our developers about saving the shipping value with the comma not working.

If there aren’t any more issues, I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions.

    Cheers!
