Campaign Sent, but emails still in equeue

Hello, I am not sure whats happening here. Sometimes emails are sent and sometimes not. The campaign status is sent, but when I open the report the emails are in equeue.
I tried to sent test mail to one subscriber – it works fine. What should I check?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
