When I change “Use AJAX for JavaScript check” to On, I click save changes and it resets back to Off. Any idea how to fix this?

    Hello,

Do you use any caching solutions? Could you try to clear all cache?

Hi Serge, I cleared the cache twice (WP Rocket) and the setting still won’t stick.

Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    Did it help?

This is what I had to do when there was a previous problem and I swore I’d never do that again. I can’t even export the current settings as it wants me to “upgrade” to a higher-priced package. There are about 50 different settings and the list is so long I can’t even take a screenshot so I’ll know what they were. Do you have any non-stupid suggestions?
