    In order to ensure the right integration of the consent mode, I purchased the premium version of Complianz with the promised integration. Since the consent mode does not work properly even after installing it,

    Even after installing your Complianz template according to the instructions, in GTM, analytics still declares that consent signals for ad customization have not been detected.

    I have already created 2 tickets during the previous week #753758045 #754040264 I haven’t received any response to either one even after a week. Do you have this support at all?

    Hi @peterertl,

    Based on the set-up I see on your site, I would expect that the GTM + Consent Mode + Tag Template approach was taken here, although I currently don’t see the expected GTM script and Tag Template being loaded yet.

    Could you follow the instructions in this article under Configuring Google Tags with Tag Manager?

    But please know that we’re not allowed support Premium functionality on these forums, only to discuss the Free plugin. I have pinged my colleague to respond to your earlier ticket as soon as possible, to continue the conversation there.
