[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN (Rackspace) should all CNAMEs be one container (and therefore same URL?
-
Hey guys,
I’m new to W3 Total Cache, but have not found the answer to this one yet…I’m moving all my files to my CDN (Rackspace CloudFiles) and really want to use some subdomains for my images (ie images1.domain.com, images2.domain.com, etc) (I have a *lot* of images on my blog)
My question is, it looks like W3TC will upload all my files into the same container, meaning they all resolve to the same URL on the actual CDN.
Do I just set all my CNAME subdomains to that one URL? (so they are all actually loading from the same URL at the end of the day) or is there a way to have W3TC pull from multiple containers, therefore multiple different URLs in the CDN that I can map the CNAMEs to?Thanks very much,
-Dan
